When interior and exterior parts are pressed for a certain period, a wireless signal is transmitted! It enables personnel management for the pressing operation.

This is an introduction to a case study of tool development aimed at preventing work omissions (Poka-Yoke) through IoT using industry-leading electric tools. We received a request from an automobile manufacturer that uses a jig (tape bonding jig) from 3M Japan Co., Ltd. to bond interior and exterior parts of vehicles with tape, expressing the desire to implement a Poka-Yoke system to prevent forgetting to bond the interior and exterior parts of the vehicle.
